@@Bestcustomscreens I got a bottle of each from the company direct and they are different. Its the same pepper but the consistency and color is slightly different when poured on bread the red rooster seems like it is slightly less runny? and slightly smoother taste although the heat is about the same although if i had to say one was spicier I would say OLHS by a nose. The red rooster is a smidge darker.

@noahschutte8077 Please double check if any vanes / slats are crossed. Then check if they are misaligned, then realign the ones that are not in sync. If that doesn't work then you may need a replacement headrail.

I used a flat head screwdriver to pull it up easily. It only works on a vinyl glass door. If you have an aluminum sliding glass door then it's possible it cannot be removed.

@@Bestcustomscreens Thanks for the speedy reply! I accidentally posted before I finished my comment. Here's how it turned out. Since I couldn't reach the rest of the vanes to remove them, I switched them around instead. Lo and behold, it worked! What a huge relief! I don't understand how the wind messed up the vanes that weren't in front of the screen. Some kind of chain reaction or domino effect? Anyway, this was a great lesson about questioning my assumptions, which turned out to be totally wrong! Very humbling. Thanks again, Steve!!!
